driving growth in emerging segments, such as the Hispanic and small office, home office markets. We want to extend your
reach and help your credit union become a preferred financial institution.
Establishing and leveraging your unique value will increase member satisfaction and ultimately drive
member loyalty and increase profitability. Liberty's experience serving credit unions combined with the capabilities of Harland
will provide you with the best of both worlds - the agility and responsiveness of Liberty combined with the strength and breadth
of Harland. Now more than ever, we are focused, aligned, and dedicated to ensuring your success.

Liberty, originally founded by David L. Copham in late 1985, established a track record of remarkable
success based on dedication, independence, innovation, and courage. Copham worked for more than 20 years in the business forms
printing industry, where he became an early advocate for the use of personal computers in forms printing. During that time, Copham
became convinced the smaller financial institutions needed a check printer that placed an emphasis on meeting their unique needs
and successfully grew the company into a marketplace leader.
In the years that followed, Liberty diversified its business into a multi-dimensional service provider in
the areas of payment systems, marketing services and technology solutions - growing to serve more than 5,400 financial institutions
across the U.S. A testament to the strength of its foundation and success in the marketplace, Liberty was acquired by the John H Harland
company in June of 2005. Today, Liberty is a division of Harland Printed Products and continues to serve the growing needs of financial
institutions. For more information about Harland, please visit www.harland.net.
