Liberty routes all customer service calls through one toll-free number, 800-597-2435. Hours for our Customer Service Centers are:
- Monday-Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Central time
- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central time
Liberty's Customer Service representatives work quickly to resolve any problems. All members of our in-house staff are empowered to resolve
an issue favorably for the caller. Personal follow-up is common should there be delivery problems or dissatisfaction with a check style.

Liberty's Technical Support groups are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
